This was even as he said they are aware of the plight of Nigerians over the removal of oil Subsidy insisting once the refineries are back Nigerians will smile.
He made this known during a courtesy visit by the leadership of the Nigeria Union of Journalists Kaduna Correspondent chapel on Wednesday.
Idris assured that the present management is focused and working on a daily basis to ensure the refineries are back, saying, “We are confident of coming back fully and on a sustained basis.
Idris urged the chapel to enlighten the citizens, noting that their eyes and minds were towards the rehabilitation process and its outcomes.
“You are a great stakeholder in the development of this nation, therefore implore your intellects in awakening the citizen’s thoughts on this rehabilitation and it’s benefits to them in future”, he said.
“We know the current hardship especially on the removal of fuel subsidy when the rehabilitation of the refineries is completed, we will rejoice and thank God for the giant stride”.
