Obi casting his vote at Agulu, Anambra
The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi has cast his vote at his Polling Unit, 019, Umudimakasi Square, Agulu, Anambra.
Obi voted alongside his wife, Margaret, and other party chieftains. They voted at 11: 45 am.
Speaking with newsmen at his polling unit in Agulu, in Anambra State, he was asked if he would be willing to work with the opposition if he loses, Obi said, “No, it won’t come to that, but I am not looking for a job, I am a very contented person.
“I want to show compassion. I want to help pull people out of poverty.”
Obi said God made him Governor of Anambra and could also make him the President of Nigeria.
Obi is in the presidential race alongside the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, Abubakar Atiku of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), among others.
