The Chief Executive Officer, Sterling Homes, Dr Kunle Adeyemi, has disclosed that Nigeria has 17 million housing deficits
Dr Adeyemi, therefore, stated that there should be drastic steps to attend to these needs as the population is growing.
The CEO made this disclosure known to Tribune Online in a chat on Wednesday.
Adeyemi explained that his company had introduced D’avalon with the goal of contributing its quota to solving the huge housing deficit problem in Nigeria.
He stated that the launch of D’avalon is one of the many initiatives taken by the development company to provide affordable and comfortable housing for Nigerians and to fast-track their homeownership dreams.
“There is an estimated 17 million housing deficit recorded in the country.
“Because of this, there should be drastic steps to attend to these needs as the population is growing.
“We believe in interrogating the challenges at every point in the housing value-chain and providing credible answers and solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
“When we introduced D’avalonwe set out with the goal of contributing our quota to solving the huge housing deficit problem in Nigeria,” he stated.
