You will need to take your wife to see a doctor who will examine her and send a sample of her urine and vaginal swap to the Laboratory for examination. The Laboratory result will then indicate the kind of infection she has and the kind of drugs for the treatment. It is equally important for you to also be treated to avoid a re- infection when you meet with her again.
