There are many ways to tackle poor sleep, including: creating a bedtime routine: A relaxing routine, such as taking a bath, reading, or meditating, can help you fall asleep. Sticking to a schedule: go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, and try to wake up with the sun. Avoiding screens before bed: The light from screens can make it harder to fall asleep. Exercising regularly: Moderate aerobic exercise can improve sleep, but avoid exercising too close to bedtime.

Managing worries: Try to resolve worries or concerns before bed, or write them down and set them aside. Using relaxation techniques: Try deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, or listening to calming music. It has been confirmed that sleeping on your back can cause your tongue to fall backwards and block your airflow.

Therefore, try and sleep in a position that is comfortable for you. If you have trouble sleeping that lasts for more than four weeks, kindly see your doctor for a complete check-up.
