My mother’s cough

My 60 year old mother has been coughing for the past 2 weeks despite all our efforts with many kinds of drugs and cough syrups. The cough is usually worse at night and she is also losing weight. We don’t have money to go to the hospital. Kindly let me know how she can be assisted.
