My low sperm count

Published by

I have been married for four years now without a child. All along, I thought that my wife was to be blamed for the problem. However, I recently decided to go for a Sperm Test only to be told that I have a very low Sperm Count of 30 percent which was caused by an infection. Kindly let me know what to do as I seriously desire a child.

Even though you have done a Sperm test, it is equally important for your wife to also undergo some tests which will confirm that her womb and other reproductive organs are working well. Once this is done, your doctor will prescribe the appropriate drugs to clear your infection and hopefully increase your sperm count. Your wife should also be treated for infection after which, both of you will be advised as to the most appropriate time to meet your wife in order to make her pregnant.
