I stopped taking sugar and forms of sweeteners. I want to know if my health is not at risk.

Removing all artificial sweeteners is a smart move. A small amount of sugar (around 5–10 grams of added sugar per day) is actually fine. Not only it has no ill effects on your health, it can sometimes be beneficial.
So, eliminating all added sugar is a useless move: it will not improve your diet, and it will remove a source of enjoyment, which may impact negatively your mental health. Leave yourself some space and allow yourself that half teaspoon of sugar in your coffee or tea, a square of dark chocolate after lunch, and a piece of cake on festivities. Removing fruits from your diet is a majorly silly move.
Fruit is supposed to be your daily dessert, as fruit has a very small amount of healthy sugar, lots of fibers, loads of micronutrients (minerals and vitamins). Removing fruit from your diet is a fast track to malnutrition, especially if you don’t also eat loads of vegetables.
