My stomach ulcer which I have been treating for the past two years comes and goes. Kindly let me know what to do in order to have a permanent cure.

To prevent the recurrence of stomach ulcers, it is important to follow these measures: Take prescribed medications as directed by your healthcare provider, even if the symptoms have resolved. Avoid long-term or excessive use of NSAIDs. If they are necessary, discuss with your doctor about using them in the lowest effective dose. Practice stress management techniques, such as relaxation exercises, meditation, or counseling. Follow a healthy diet that includes a balance of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Limit or avoid alcohol and caffeine consumption. Quit smoking if you are a smoker. Keep follow-up appointments with your doctor for monitoring and evaluation.
