My bulging tummy

Published by

I am a 50 -year old man who enjoys my regular beer and pepper soup. However, I recently noticed that my abdomen has been growing bigger by the day to the extent that I can’t wear T shirts again. Kindly let me know how to get out of this embarrassment.

What you have is abdominal obesity (beer belly) as a result of your ‘regular consumption of beer and pepper soup’. Getting rid of a ‘beer belly’ will take a concerted effort to reduce the amount of beer and pepper soup that you consume. In addition, you also need a lot of exercises such as walking and aerobics. Apart from cutting back on your beer consumption, you also need to reduce your intake of foods items loaded with carbohydrates, oil and fats. Since it usually takes longer to lose weight than it does to acquire it, you will need some amount of patience.
