M.Reed Productions to hold soundtrack & stage play production workshop

Matthew ‘M.R’ Reed aka M.R is set to begin a free “MUSIC AND STAGE PLAY PRODUCTION TRAINING WORKSHOP”. He said the project was earlier slated to begin in November 2020 but was shelved due to the coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown worldwide.

M.R who is a composer, writer, music/stage play producer, entrepreneur and philanthropist says that the training workshop will be coordinated and facilitated by his productions firm, M. REED PRODUCTIONS. He says that in partnership with some colleagues he is going to kick off a series of training workshops starting May 28th through June 11th 2021.

Matthew said due to COVID 19 restrictions the workshop will be held virtually. He said plans have already been concluded to bring in top music, movie and stage play producers and also some top actors/actresses as well as artistes as instructors and tutors. M.R who said he alongside other professionals will teach and train participants on the rudiments of music, stage play and TV production.

The training workshop which will last approximately 14 days is aimed at guiding the participants through the basics and intricate details of music sampling, scoring, stage play production, like casting, location reconnaissance, props/set building and costume prepping.

Reed said the workshop is open to all his followers, anyone who is interested in pursuing a career in production be it music or stage plays and people who may just like to participate because no knowledge is a waste. “There will be two sessions daily, morning and evening which will be streamed live on His Instagram. He said 3 participants will be randomly selected to work with him on his next project so as to gain practical experiences too.
