LAUTECH undergraduate student reportedly stabbed to death in Ogbomoso

An undergraduate student of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, North, identified as Adedokun Basit Olamilekan, has been reportedly stabbed to death by yet-to-be-identified persons

The deceased was said to be a 200-level student of the Department of Information Science.

The incident which happened on Thursday night in Under G area of Ogbomosho was attributed to a little misunderstanding between the deceased and some of his colleagues.

Olalekan was reportedly stabbed by yet-to-be-identified colleagues and was later rushed to a nearby hospital.

Our source revealed that efforts to save his life proved abortive, as he was later confirmed dead.

The deceased, according to findings, was said to be running a business outfit known as DCrown Unisex Salon in the Under-G students area of the town.

Efforts to reach the Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso, for confirmation proved abortive.
