Lagos govt debunks report on recruitment into TESCOM

Published by

Lagos State government has debunked a report in some social media platforms claiming that the state Teaching Service Commission(TESCOM) is currently recruiting.

Head of Public Affairs Unit of Lagos TESCOM, Mr Kayode Sutton, refuted the report in a statement made available to newsmen on Tuesday.

He therefore cautioned the general public to disregard the so-called recruitment public notice and advertisement currently being circulated in various social media handles.

According to him, the public notice or advertisement is not from Lagos TESCOM but from fraudsters for their selfish motives.

He said TESCOM would announce teachers’ recruitment notice, if any in the future, through appropriate channels.
