Kidnapping, new method of looting

SOME people have realised they can turn kidnapping into an industry, a lucrative one at that and it seems the kidnapping industry is a cooperative project to siphon the public funds by some groups of people.

This is a serious threat for the war against corruption as it makes it more difficult to fight.

Corruption continues to breed faulty orientations, norms, values of self or group benefits, favours as more paramount than public interest. Why use military uniforms in criminalities?
