You seem to have allergy to the sun. This is a condition that cause an itchy rash to form on the skin after being in sunlight or other sources of ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Some people have a hereditary type of sun allergy. Applying anti-itch nonprescription cream, which may include products containing at least 1% hydrocortisone can help. You can also use cold compresses while leaving the blisters alone. In addition, protective clothing can protect the rash from further sun exposure.
