Itching after meals

Published by

I travel a lot as a businessman. Unfortunately, I noticed that each time I eat outside my home, I always itch. This does not happen when I eat at home. Kindly help me to solve this riddle.

It is obvious from your account that you are allergic to some of the foods you eat outside your home. Fresh fish and other sea products such as crayfish, shrimps and lobsters are notorious stimuli to allergies.  You should also watch out for tinned foods and salads. To solve this dilemma, you may need to try and recollect some of the kinds of food that you react to and endeavour to avoid them. Wherever possible, you may need to travel with some packed food from home. Better still, you can stick to the kind of food which you eat at home.
