I am in my late 40s with just one issue. My menses which had been irregular for some time suddenly ceased last month. Kindly let me know if this is Menopause. If so, what can I do about it since I still want to have more issues.?

Yes, it looks like Menopause. However, before one can reach that conclusion, the menses should have been absent for about for three consecutive months with no evidence of pregnancy. Once the doctor confirms that you are in menopause, there is nothing you can do again to have more children except to adopt children.
