Is this gonorrhoea?

I recently had an unprotected sex during my training tour that took me outside my state of residence. Now I am experiencing some itching and brownish discharge from my penis. Unfortunately after my return home, I had sex with my wife. My fears are, one, if what I have is Gonorrhoea and two, if I have given the infection to my wife. Please help solve the two problems.

Whatever you have will be a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) which must have come from the unprotected sex you had. It is also likely that you have transmitted the disease to your wife. To solve your problems, you will need to see a doctor who will send a sample of the brownish discharge to the Laboratory for an analysis in order to know the actual infection and the specific drugs to use. You will also need to give the same drugs to your wife in order to treat her infection and avoid the incidence of re infection.
