Is mixing carrot and orange dangerous?

I recently read on Social Media that mixing orange and carrot, pineapple and milk, pawpaw and lemon, guava and banana, orange and milk as well as banana and lemon can cause death. Kindly explain

No, it is not true that the above named mixtures can cause death. As a matter of fact, many of these mixtures are already available in the market in form of yoghurts, milk shakes, Smoothies and fruit salads which are consumed by many people without any problem. In addition, many people blend these fruits for their consumption. Unless an individual is allergic to them, the consumption of the above named components is very safe.
