Ifeanyi Ubah empowers over 10,000 constituents YPP members in Nnewi

The senator representing Anambra South senatorial district, Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, has provided empowerment items to over ten thousand constituents, his Young Progressives Party (YPP) supporters from Nnewi North Local Government Area of the State.

The empowerment items include tricycles, motorcycles, sowing machines, grinding machines, big generating sets, Solar Powered Charging Points.

Other items are POS Kiosks with small generating sets, standing fans, clippers and gas cookers.

The event which took place at Ifeanyi Ubah stadium, Nnewi, on Monday, recorded over ten thousand attendees across the ten wards from the four quarters of Nnewi which are Otolo, Uruagu, Umudim and Nnewichi.

Presenting the items, Senator Ubah expressed appreciation to the people of Nnewi North for their trust in him and their faith in good governance which made them vote for him for a second term in the red chambers.

Senator Ubah emphasized that his appreciation package was not just monetary items but tangible materials which could bring more money to them on daily basis.

He explained that the idea to empower the people is to alleviate the suffering of people of his constituency and make them productive throughout their days on earth.

In an opening speech, the Director General of Ifeanyi Ubah Campaign Organisation, Chief Vin Onyeka, thanked the people for voting in Dr Ifeanyi Ubah for the second time in the just concluded 2023 general elections.

Chief Onyeka also praised the party supporters for all their efforts and sacrifices to the progress of their party and promised that it cannot be taken for granted.

Also speaking, one of the beneficiaries of the tricycle, Evangelist Dan Okonkwo represented by Evangelist Chidi Chikwendu, expressed happiness for the gesture and promised to effectively and efficiently make use of the tricycle to help himself and his family.
