I want to donate my sperm

I am a regular reader of your column. I read about the pathetic story of the fellow in one of your previous columns who needs an anonymous sperm donor for his wife. The story moved me to tears. I want to volunteer myself as the anonymous donor without terms if the couple so wish.  I will however want to be assured of my safety please.

Thank you, Chike for your offer.  However, for ethical and legal reasons, it will be better for the couple to use the services of the Sperm Bank in a Teaching Hospital nearest to them rather than use a donor who is already known. You can still donate to the Sperm Bank in order to help other people such as the couple in question.
