I urinate too much

Good evening sir. I am a Nigerian student currently studying in China. Please, I strongly need your help, I have been urinating often more than 4months now. During the day I can urinate up to seven times while in midnight it may up to four to five times before the day break. I have visited several doctors here with no improvement and bought various medicines but to no avail. In a day I may not take more than one and glass cup of water, still I urinate often. Please, is there any medicine you can recommend for me because I am unable to sleep, once I wake up to urinate. My sleeping average period is not up to three hours per night.

Your case looks like a case of Diabetes Insipidus (excessive output of water from the body). This is very different from Diabetes Mellitus which is the excessive output of water and sugar from the body. It is usually caused by some hormonal issues which can only be confirmed through some appropriate Laboratory tests which you have to do before commencing any form of treatment. I am sure that with some patience, you should be able to get adequate investigation and treatment for this in China.
