I have bad breath

I noticed that whenever I speak, some people avoid me. Although nobody has confirmed this development, I know that the problem is real. The problem has caused me to a lot of embarrassment and poor self esteem. Despite the fact that I always brush my mouth and use antiseptic mouth wash regularly, the problem has refused to go away. Kindly let me know what else I can do.
