I just noticed that I am always tired even though I am not pregnant. I also don’t have any fever or body aches. Kindly let me know what to do about this. I am 18 years of age.

Some of the common causes of tiredness include low haemoglobin level, pregnancy, malaria, diabetes and High Blood Pressure. For these reasons, it is very important for you to check your vital signs such as Body temperature, Blood Pressure and heart rate among others. In addition, you should undertake some blood tests to confirm your Haemoglobin level, HIV status as well as the presence of Malaria parasites. Once all the above have been found to be normal, you will need to rule out the possibilities or otherwise of depression.
