I can’t do without coffee

During my last medical examination, the attending doctor confirmed that my high heart rate was due to my excessive consumption of coffee. He therefore advised me to stop drinking coffee. However, I am too deep into the habit to stop. Kindly help me.

It has been established that Caffeine which is a high component of Coffee usually causess increased heart rate. This must be the reason for your doctor to advise you to stop drinking the beverage. Luckily for you, De-Caffeinated coffee is available in the market and it could be a good replacement for the ordinary coffee.
