I have been enjoying my holiday and I’ve learnt some new things. My musical skill has now improved because I attended music classes both in my church and school where I learnt how to play recorder and drums set respectively. Also, my aunty taught me how to use baby wool to make flowers and vase. My mum has also taught me how to wash spoon, plate, cup and my socks and my younger brother’s own. I am enjoying the holiday.

In the last three weeks that we have been on holiday, I have been having a nice time at home. I read the two story books my mum bought for me entitled “Primrose and the kidnapper and The responsible child.”

“The Primrose and the kidnapper” taught me not to follow strangers while I learnt to always obey my parents from “The responsible child.” I also watch interesting cartoons. like Henry Danger, NooBees, Cousin for Life, Mr Bean, Supa Strikas and Jojo Giwa. In addition to all these, I attended holiday Bible school where I was taught about the Vine and Branches in the Bible.

I have been enjoying myself since we vacated from school some weeks ago.  The amazing thing I learnt to do this holiday is fruit salad. I learnt it in the holiday Bible school. The ingredients are: Pawpaw, watermelon, pineapples, oranges, banana and grapes. It is interesting how simple the preparation is. I feel happy to have learnt new things.

Some of the things i enjoyed most during this holiday are many. The time mummy wakes me up is not as early as when school was in session. Mummy has taught me how to sweep every morning and how to wash my pants. I also enjoy attending music class where I was taught how to play recorder. I enjoy staying with mummy in the kitchen when she is cooking so i can help her to take some of the items she used such as turning stick, salt, plates, etc. In addition to all these, I have been having fun watching some cartoons. I have also had time to visit my ‘big’ mum  where I learnt how to sell some household and daily needs.

I am enjoying my holiday. It feels so good that we don’t have to wake up as early as when school was in session. I attended a music class where I learnt how to play violin and recorder. Another knowledge I have acquired is how to prepare Coleslaw at this year’s holiday Bible school. Having time to learn new things made me happy.
