Seni Adetu
THE Group Chief Executive Officer of the newly-unveiled Ogilvy Nigeria, Mr. Seni Adetu has stated that the partnership between his company, the First Primus Group and Ogilvy, that gave birth to Ogilvy Nigeria would further provide a great opportunity for the group to redefine the nation’s advertising environment.
The opening of Ogilvy Nigerian office was made possible after WPP Group, an award-winning integrated creative network and its parent company of Ogilvy, acquired a 24.9 per cent stake in the First Primus Group.
With the partnership, Ogilvy Nigeria, now a subsidiary of First Primus Group, will complement other subsidiaries in the group – Algorithm and MediaCom, both media planning and buying agencies, by offering strategic and creative Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) services.
Adetu believes the partnership offers the group the opportunity to offer world-class services to Nigerian companies, as well as multinationals, locally.
