First Fountain Homes set to launch smart homes in Lagos

On an evening of glitz, glamour, music and comedy at the prestigious Four Points by Sheraton, real estate company, First Fountain Homes announced its plans to combine technology and innovation in accelerating affordable smart homes in Lagos.

The event, which was well-attended by dignitaries, captains of industries and entertainment figures, provided insight into the smart features in the apartments at the courts offered real estate enthusiasts and investors present a piece of the cake. In his address, the co-founder of First Fountain Homes said, “With the steady rise of the desire for smart homes, we need to strike a balance between luxury and functionality. Imagine owning a home where you can access anything you want within the house with just simple smart commands.

“A home where you do not need to visit a hotel, recreation centre, gym or even go out to the office or a place of worship because every satisfaction you hope to get from these places is right there in your home. These are the kind of smart homes newly introduced by First Fountain Homes.”

Also speaking at the event, renowned business consultant and leadership coach, Niyi Adesanya, emphasised the desire for better living for Lagosians, giving credence to the beautiful design facilities at the First Fountain Court. Channels TV anchor, Kayode Okikiolu led the processions of events and popular comedian, MC Forever was on hand to lighten the mood of the atmosphere. Other personalities that graced the occasion include ace Nigerian music producer, ID Cabasa, Nollywood actors, Charles Grandville, Enyinna Nwigwe, Olumide Oworu, etc.
