Fans welcome Blessedup Ademide’s Slime EP

For more than five weeks, talks about a new music project from fast-rising music star, Blessedup Ademide heightened with fans asking him to give them a new sound that would put his career on the global map.

With new songs being released on a daily basis, Ademide whose music career has been gaining attention for some years now felt he would not jump on the bandwagon to thrill his fans but rather create special and timeless songs that fans could relate with.

Soon, he got into the studio to begin work on his new EP, Slime and from what has been said about the project, Ademide appeared to have done his homework well as fans received the EP with love and passion that keeps growing daily.

The EP which was released on Friday showed the singer’s depth and understanding of his craft as the six-track project reflected on his rise in the music industry, the journey so far and what he intends to achieve with his career in a few years time.

Describing the EP as his first official EP, which also featured Black Tee, Ademide in a brief chat said the new music work was a follow up to the well-received single, Shante dropped some months back.

“I am super excited that fans have welcomed this EP. I had my fears initially but the response has been so nice that I am now feeling like I should have dropped an album rather than EP. The EP is my special gift to fans that have stayed true over the years. We are just beginning a journey that will last for a long time”, he said.
