Eating plantain and beans

Published by

I recently read on a social media platform that eating plantain and beans that have been cooked together is dangerous to health. I know that as a child, beans and plantain was a delicacy we all enjoyed without any problem. Kindly help me to clarify this very disturbing piece of news.

You are right. Unless for those who are allergic to beans and plantain, there is no scientific evidence to suggest that a combination of beans and plantain has any harmful health implications.
