COVID-19: Our branches remain functional nationwide ― First Bank

Management of First Bank of Nigeria Plc has said that, despite the outbreak of COVID-19 which compelled the Federal Government of Nigeria and some state governments to halt business activities, its branches remain open for skeletal services across the country.

According to a statement made available to the Tribune Online, on Tuesday, the bank noted that: “Following the directives for partial lockdown in several states across the country, we will be offering skeletal services in
some of our branches across the country.

“These branches will open from 9 am to 2 pm (Monday-Friday) to serve you. We have implemented all necessary health and safety measures across these branches to keep you safe at all our locations,” the statement read.

The bank further hinted that customers can also carry out all their banking transactions at any Firstmonie Agent location close to their neighbourhood. It also stated that the bank’s alternative channels are available for use 24/7 during this period.
