The Magistrate, Mrs Olubukola Awodele, ordered the defendants to be kept in prison due to the magnitude of the alleged offence committed.
Awodele adjourned the case till April 27, for the mention.
The defendants, Bayo Ajisafe, 27, and Wale Makinde, 29, are facing a three-count charge bothering on robbery and conspiracy.
Their pleas were not taken as they had no legal representation when their case was called.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Joshua Oladoye had told the court that the defendants committed the offence on Jan. 13 at about 7:30 p.m., at Dagbolu area, Temipola Petrol Station, Osogbo.

Oladoye said they conspired with others at large, to rob two persons, Abayomi Owoade and Adeyemi Sheriff, of their cell phones, ATM cards, voter cards, and N350,000 cash.
He said the defendants were in possession of guns and assorted charms when their hideout was raided.
He said the offence contravened Section 6(b) and Section 1(2) (a) (b) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act, Cap R1, Vol. 14, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
