Can I tie my womb?

Published by

I am a 35 year old mother of 6 children. I don’t want to have any more children. I want to permanently tie my womb but am afraid if there could be any complications. Kindly advise me?

Actually, what is tied are your Fallopian Tubes and not your womb. This way, there won’t be any chance for the eggs in the woman to meet with the sperm from the man to form a baby. When done by an expert, ‘tubal ligation’ as the procedure is called is very safe and effective.
