My wife discovered some white spots at the back of my neck which I thought came from the use of the towel at my barber’s shop. Although not itchy, the spots are increasing in number. Can this be a fungal infection from the barber? If so what to can I do?

Yes, your skin infection looks very much like a fungal infection. All the same, it would be nice to let a medical doctor take a proper look before commencing treatment. However, in order to avoid a recurrence, you will need to go to the barber’s with your own towel and apron. In addition, you can also purchase your own set of clippers.
