Can apples make me tall?

Published by

I am a 21-year-old student in one of the nation’s tertiary institutions. Unfortunately, I am the shortest in my family of 4 boys. Somebody recently told me that if I eat plenty of apples I will be tall. Kindly let me know if this is possible. I love apples.

At 21 years of age, you are not likely to grow any taller having passed your adolescence stage where most of the growth occurs. Luckily, apples have other health benefits which will be of great benefit for you, so you can continue to enjoy your apples.
