Blood in my stool

Published by

I have been stooling blood for the past few years and it has now made me very lean. I did some tests and all that was found was E coli for which I was given Augmentin which I have used but the blood is still there. Please, what could be the problem?

Blood in the stool could be from an affectation of the bowel or from a bleeding spot in the anus. For example, if the blood is fresh, then it could be from a bleeding Pile (Haemorrhoids). The solution is for you to see a specialist doctor in a Specialist or Teaching hospital nearest to you for a proper medical examination and adequate tests.
