Be wary of impostors seeking your votes ― Florence Ajimobi

Published by

WIFE of the Oyo State Governor, Mrs Florence Ajimobi has urged Nigerian electorate to be wary of impostors who peddle false content and fake news to curry sympathy votes.

She also urged Nigerians to look beyond emotional appeals but be guided in their decision making by the need for good representation and good governance.

Mrs Ajimobi who made this call when she received a delegation of Labaowo Market traders, Ogunpa, Ibadan, decried that mischief makers were bent on going any length to get relevance and cheap popularity.

Mrs Ajimobi, specifically, bemoaned a voice-note doing the rounds of her discrediting the eligibility and credibility of some ruling All Progressives’ Congress candidates in the forthcoming election, which she described as cloned.
