BBNaijaAllStars housemate and accomplished filmmaker, Pere Egbi, has made a strong declaration to remove fellow housemate and actress Venita Akpofure from an upcoming movie project they were both set to be a part of prior to their participation in the reality show.
This decision comes in the wake of a heated altercation between the two and Venita’s subsequent revelation of private information about Pere’s personal life.
During a casual conversation with fellow housemates Kiddwaya and Frodd at a pool party on Thursday night, Pere openly discussed his intentions to exclude Venita from his movie, despite having paid her N1 million to participate.
Curious about the origin of the dispute and its potential impact on their relationship outside the house, Kiddwaya inquired about the situation between Pere and Venita.
He pointed out that the conflict seemed to extend beyond just house dynamics and questioned how their pre-existing issues were influencing their interactions within the BBNaijaAllStars house.
Frodd chimed in, revealing, “Venita actually f*cking hates your guts. But isn’t she a star in your movie?”
To this, Pere responded resolutely, “I’m scrapping her part off. I mean, I will delete Venita’s name from the credits, I will erase her pictures from the project.
“I don’t plan to reshoot the entire movie, but I am determined to move forward with promoting the film. I will choose other actors for the movie, excluding her, despite the fact that I had paid her N1 million to be on set for four days.”
Frodd and Kiddwaya attempted to persuade Pere against taking such drastic action, urging him to consider the bigger picture and the potential repercussions of his decision. However, Pere remained firm in his stance, insisting that he would indeed remove Venita from the project.
It remains to be seen whether Pere will follow through with his decision to exclude Venita from his movie or if he will reconsider his position amidst the evolving dynamics of the BBNaijaAllStars house.
