Chief Magistrate Patrick Adekomaya, who gave the ruling, said the accused should provide two sureties with each as part of the bail condition.
In addition, the sureties should show evidence of tax payments to the Lagos State Government.
Aree, 39, and Isiga, 49, are facing a two-count charge of fraud and unlawful destruction.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
