‘For The Girls Them’ crooner, Moses Oghenare popularly known as Arrel, has, released another track titled ‘Whyne’.
The official video and audio of the song ‘Whyne’ was released on Friday under his own record label – Famousarrel Music Empire (F.A.M.E)
Arrel, who gave an insight on the song, explained that ‘Whyne’ came as a result of the psychological effect that the global pandemic caused on a lot of people.
The record label boss noted that the world was sickened by the pandemic and consequently a glimmer of hope as the world recovers slowly.
Moses explicated that the quagmire propelled him to produce a sound that would bring people together on the dance floor.
“My inspiration for ‘Whyne’ came as a result of the psychological effect that the global pandemic has caused on a lot of people.
“The world has been ill for a while now and seeing the world slowly healing is a glimmer of hope for me
“So, I deemed it necessary to produce a sound that would bring people together on the dance floor and that was how I came about ‘Whyne,” Moses stated.
Meanwhile, the Nigerian artiste described his sound of music as Afro-Pop Dancehall music.”
He stated that the Nigerian entertainment industry was at its peak already as this generation of Nigerian musicians were becoming more and more innovative with sounds.
“Nigeria entertainment industry is at its peak already and I’m proud of it.
“This generation of Nigeria musician is becoming more and more innovative with sounds and just recently, Burna boy and Wizkid won in separate projects, one of the highest music recognition awards in the Grammy’s.
“Talented musicians from Nigeria have contributed tremendously to this immense growth and the likes of Fela Anikulapokuti, Sir Orlando Owo, Oliver de Coque to mention but a few pioneered the entertainment industry for decades.
“Nigeria music industry has grown far beyond its niche and we all can see this ripple effect across the globe already,” he said.
