#AnambraDecides2021: Soludo’s APGA leads in three additional LGAs

The candidate of the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, appears to be in good standing to come top of the Saturday, November 6 governorship election in Anambra State and results from three more LGAs showed that the party is leading its main challengers.

APGA, it would be recalled, had garnered more votes in six LGAs, which results had been released earlier, beating the rival Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) by wide margins in the LGAs.

In the latest results, APGA, in Njikoka LGA, leads both rivals with over 5,000 votes apiece.

For Dunukofia LGA, the ruling party in the state has over 3,000 votes apiece, against the PDP and the APC.

Results from Ayamelum LGA equally shows APGA leading the two other parties with over 1,000.

With the development, APGA has so far led in the nine LGAs results out of the 21 LGAs in the state.

The six precious LGAs are Onitsha North, Onitsha South, Awka South, Anaocha, Aguata and Anambra East.
