The Senior Pastor of the Christ Apostolic Church (C.A.C Oke-Ayo), Iseyin, Oyo State, Pastor Olusola Aderoju, has called on the Federal Government to address the problems of security, unemployment and inflation, for Nigeria to move forward.
Pastor Aderoju gave this advice while speaking with newsmen on the current situation of the country, adding that “killings and kidnapping were signs of porous security, which needs the urgent attention of the government.”
The cleric also condemned the havoc being perpetrated by Fulani herdsmen, calling on the government to take decisive action before the situation degenerates into full-blown crises.
He deplored the extension of the tenure of the Inspector General of Police by three months, saying Nigeria needs new brains and ideas to tackle the security challenges confronting Nigerians.
He also called on Nigerians to live in peace, refrain from sin, pray for Nigeria and accept Jesus as their Lord and saviour.
