2023: Get your PVCs to vote for Yahaya Bello as president, Kogi CoS charges youths in Bauchi

Published by

Supporters of the presidential aspiration of Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello in Bauchi State have been advised to as a matter of urgency, get their voters cards (PVCs) if actually, they want the Governor to become the next President of Nigeria.

The advice was given in Bauchi on Saturday by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Pharmacist Abdulkareem Asuku Mohammed Jamiu while addressing the mammoth crowd of the supporters at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Tomb during a rally.

Vehicular movement was temporarily held up for several hours in Bauchi on Saturday when thousands of supporters of the 2023 presidential aspiration of Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello thronged the major streets rallying support for the aspiration.

The supporters who were mobilized from the 20 LGAs in the state, converged at the premises of Multi-purpose Indoor Sportshall from where they marched through Kobi street, Emir drive, Central Market to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa tomb.

The supporters who sang and danced as they marched, carried banners, posters and other items with different inscriptions announcing the presidential aspiration of the Kogi State Governor expressing their readiness to support him.

Pharmacist Abdulkareem Asuku Moh’d Jamiu thanked the crowd for coming to demonstrate their support for the presidential aspiration of his Principal who he described as a “very youthful politician who has excelled where many older politicians have failed in the country.”

The CoS added that “Yahaya Bello is a youth, he has the youths who are the majority in the country at heart, he has been supporting the youths and women and in sha Allah, as the next President of Nigeria, he will do more for the youths and women.”

Abdulkarim Asuku added that Yahaya Bello will make the best of Nigeria in 2023 and will continue with all the good programs and policies of the President Muhammadu Buhari led APC administration and will even improve on them.

He however appealed to all the supporters across political parties who are yet to have their voters cards to do so immediately now that INEC is doing the continuous voters registration because according to him, “that is the only weapon we need to vote for Yahaya Bello as presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC)”.

He also warned them against engaging in any political thuggery that will smear the good image and integrity of Yahaya Bello stressing that, “our President come 2023 in sha Allah hates violence and thuggery, you should therefore abhor such acts.”

The crowd then moved to the Palace of the Emir of Bauchi, Dr Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu where the Chief of Staff presented the message of Yahaya Bello on his 2023 presidential aspirations seeking the Emir’s royal blessings.

He assured that Yahaya Bello’s presidency of Nigeria will accord traditional rulers their places of respect, dignity and fathers of all just as he is presently doing in Kogi state in the past 7 years of his administration.
