Investment funds attorney and founder of the Femi Gbede Law School Scholarship, Femi Gbede, has announced the successful candidates for the seventh annual edition of the scholarship.
Gbede, who recently announced this on his LinkedIn page, stated that the law school scholarship initiative was born out of his deep commitment to supporting aspiring lawyers on their journey to success.
“The overwhelming number of applications I received, reaffirmed the immense need for financial support in legal education,” he added.
According to him, the selection process was incredibly competitive, and tough decisions had to be made.
“To those not chosen, please know that this is not the end of the road. Do not be discouraged. The path to success is not defined by a single opportunity but by relentless pursuit,” he stated.
The successful candidates included Emmanuel Oyelami, Victoria Aduroja, Olayinka Shado, Joshua Adeyeye, Afolarin Alolabi, Akinwumi Akinyemi, Boluwatife Kolawole, Richard Solomon, Rejoice Kalu, Chioma Nnamchi, and Peculiar Osanakpa.
Congratulating the successful candidates, Gbede stated that he is honoured to play a small part in their academic journey, adding, “I look forward to seeing you thrive in your legal careers.”
Some of the successful candidates took their LinkedIn pages to appreciate the founder of law school scholarship for his foresight and magnanimity, adding that it will help make their studies and lives easy in law school.
