She disclosed this during the presentation of certificates to the corps members passing-out on Thursday in Kano, which was conducted under strict adherence to  COVID-19 protocols.

“I wish to inform you that since the issue of COVID-19 in Kano, no single case was recorded among the corps members in this state.

“The corps members complied with the stay-at-home directives, and maintained personal and environmental hygiene, which are the major preventive measures,” she said.

She, therefore, advised the outgoing corps members to make maximum utilisation of the skills they acquired during the service year so that they could be self-reliant.

The coordinator noted that the scheme had made all necessary arrangements with security agencies and commercial transportation unions, aimed at ensuring that all the completing corps members arrived at their various destinations safely.
