Zamfara Police Command decorates 7 promoted officers

The Zamfara state Commissioner of Police, CP Kolo Yusuf has decorated 7 newly promoted Police officers to their next rank, including Command public relations officer Muhammad Shehu who was promoted to Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) in the state.

Those promoted police officers included Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Sani Aliyu Daura who was elevated to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), and Six Superintendents of Police (SPs) who were promoted to the rank of Chief Superintendents of Police (CSP) on the state.

Earlier on, the Police Commissioner, CP Kolo Yusuf charged the newly promoted police officers to be more dedicated to duty where ever they found themselves.

“Promotion comes from Almighty God, today is one of my great days for staying in Zamfara, as I witnessed the promotion of my officers and now decorated them with their new ranks.

“Those who did not get their promotion now, should wait for their time, it is definitely coming sooner or later, be patient.”

He appreciated the efforts of the Inspector-General of Police, Baba Alkali, for promoting officers of the command in the state.
