The Bauchi State Chapter of Brodas Across Nigeria (BAN) brought early Christmas smiles to families in need through distribution of foodstuffs to the underprivileged in Bauchi State.
This initiative is targeted towards cushioning the economic hardship many families face, especially during the festive season.
The Bauchi Chapter of BAN is under the Northern Nigeria BAN with Barrister Valentine Akus as the President.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Ejike Daniel, the President of BAN Bauchi Chapter, emphasized the importance of supporting families during these trying times.
“This season comes with high expectations, especially from mothers and children, putting pressure on fathers to provide. As an organization, we see it as our duty to assist families in meeting these expectations, even in the smallest way possible,” he said.
Mr. Ejike further highlighted that the initiative aligns with the vision of BAN’s Global President, Dr. Tony Mark who said that welfare will form his core mandate.
He noted that under the leadership of BAN’s current Global Administration, helping the needy has become a primary focus.
Ejike revealed that the Bauchi Chapter plans to continue this relief effort quarterly, ensuring consistent support for families facing financial difficulties.
Brodas Across Nigeria is a widespread organization with chapters within and beyond Nigeria, including over seven branches in the northern region.
Through initiatives like this, BAN continues to uphold its commitment to fostering community welfare and supporting the less privileged during challenging times.
