Youths donate campaign office to APGA guber candidate

Published by

PGASOME youths in Lafia Nasarawa state capital have erected new campaign office to All Progressives Grant Alliance (APGA) Governorship’s candidate, Hon Labaran Maku.

The youths’ group known as Maku United Movement (MUM) of Bukan Sidi, said they built the office to express their overwhelming support to the former minister of information in his quest to become the number one citizen of the state.

According to them, Hon Maku is the only candidate that would wipe away their tears, especially creating job opportunities to them.

While addressing the youths, Hon Maku thanked them for building the structure on his behalf, assured of carrying the youth along in his government if he emerges governor of the state come 2019.

Describing himself as a prophet of our time who left all pleasurable things in governance to salvage the people of Nasarawa State living in perpetual pains caused by the ruling party APC.

He urged them to get their PVC cards ready and vote out APC, adding that “the moment Maku becomes governor every crisis seized to exist.”

He added: “I resigned as the Minister of Information and decamped from PDP in 2014 just to liberate the people of this State from the ugly situation they find themselves.

“APGA is likened to Prophet Moses in the wilderness to rescue the children of Israel to the promise land. Just as Nehemiah left the palace to rebuild Jericho, I am also out to save our people who are living in the bush from precarious condition they find themselves.”
