You MUST change! Check out 5 traits of a poor man

Published by

What you need to enrich yourself is not just money but how you think. Your mindset and concentration should determine how you move from your current situation. Help yourself because, without the right action, it would be quite difficult for you to change financially.

All you need is to stop that poor man’s thinking and instead place yourself in the aura of greatness. Rate yourself based on the traits I shared below:

1. You don’t like rich people

You need to understand not every wealthy person you see got it fraudulently. Stop hating! Why are you not curious about the experience such people had in getting to where they are today? Your journey is different, but to know how they overcame various challenges and still metamorphosed. Don’t be envious; it is your will to embrace success stories that resonate with you. Rather than dislike, focus on their drive and passion to excel; hence, stop disliking rich people.

2. You care less about knowledge

You have no urge to know more. Why? You will continue learning if you want to come out of poverty forever. Not adding to your knowledge would only cause stagnation. Learn something, go for courses, read articles, and watch videos; I meant things that would aid you in thinking and approaching your life better. You’re still a poor man because you think there is solace in dwelling on old knowledge and building on it. But honestly, some knowledge wanes; it would be no longer valid as it should as time goes on.

3. You like “quick money”

All you’re interested in is work that would give you quick money. You can do anything for money, yet you never stop complaining about being broke. Be concerned about work that can sustain you and be proud of in the future. Relying on schemes to make fast money gives you no validity. “Quick money” without replenishment is still a trait of a broken man.

4. You spend more than you earn

You spend more than your income. The worst is you have only one source of earning — this would affect your standard of living. You need to be cautious when spending unless it is more like an investment; if not, spending consistently on things you necessarily don’t need would make you go bankrupt.

5. You don’t understand your life

Do you know who you are? Understanding yourself would help you everywhere you’re headed. As you grow older, your thoughts should be on improving. You would remain poor if you remain ignorant of your reality; you would easily be swayed by invaluable things because you don’t know what you want.
