Mozambique’s finest musical acts, Yaba Buluku Boyz, DJ Tárico, Nelson Tivane, and Preck, are excited to share the news of their upcoming crucial release, “DONSA.” They’ve returned to fill the airwaves with their enchantment once more.
The second track taken from their highly anticipated debut studio album is called “Tsunami.” With this release, the Amapiano stars collaborate with Timaya, one of Nigeria’s timeless vocalists, on an exotic composition that is sure to rock the dance floor.
“Tsunami” sounds as fans would expect: a monstrous wave of Amapiano that is guaranteed to make a splash in every corner of the industry! It is an upbeat song that showcases the Yaba Buluku Boyz’s rampant musical wit in a package made more attractive by Timaya’s flair. The song is an anthem to the ladies and is big on enjoying the moment as it comes.
The new song continues the Boyz’s vision of uniting Africa through cross-country collaborations. It’s also a testament to the strong bond between the Mozambican group and Nigerian stars, as is their knack for infectious rhythms. This concurrent theme of pan-Africanism is the backbone of “DONSA” and will expand on the group’s immersive catalog of hits on a grander scale.
Yaba Buluku Boyz hopes fans will enjoy this one as much as they enjoyed working with their industry big brother, Timaya. “Timaya is well-known and respected in the industry, and it’s an honor to have a song with him. We are happy he is a part of what is coming, and fans will be too. ‘DONSA’ is on the horizon. Get ready,” says the Boyz.
